We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions and one-time purchases for GreenOps platform services.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at privacy@greenops.cloud within 14 days of your payment date to request a full refund. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

You may also cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
